I am delighted to welcome your child to second grade! I’m looking forward to a great year! I’m so pleased to have your child in my classroom. This year promises to be an exciting time for your child. My goal is for each student to have a positive and successful year. To accomplish this goal, each child will be encouraged to perform and work to the best of his/her ability. I feel that children receive the best education when teachers and parents work together. I look forward to getting to know you and your child better.
I graduated from College of the Ozarks with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology. I received my Master's Degree in Reading at Missouri State University in 2005.
After graduating college in 2001, I taught third grade for seven years and I am now teaching my fourth year of second grade. This is my 11th year at Branson Elementary and I am thrilled to be a part of such an awesome community of educators. I feel that our staff is truly committed to the success of every student. I am so proud to be a Pirate!
My husband Wes and I met in college. We have two children Reagan and Jayce. My family is my joy and I love spending time with them.
