The Branson High
School Counseling Department has designed a comprehensive program
addressing the academic, career and personal/social development of all students.
The School Counselors are advocates who help
students recognize their strengths and then assist them in designing
specific plans of action to realize their full potential. In addition, the program monitors the
school environment so that all students are respected and
supported. We provide information pertaining to college,
university or training school and other advanced educational
opportunities. The program is
designed to help students understand what high school courses they need
to complete to best prepare them for further work. The
counselor can also provide information about the entrance requirements of
many colleges and universities, as well as information about financial
aid.
