Physical Education Syllabus
Coach Jo Beth Elfrink
The objective in physical education is physical activity, fitness, sports, and fun. Through a variety of activities students will learn to appreciate a physically active lifestyle and will be able to identify the fitness benefits and requirements of each activity.
Yearly activities will include: daily warm-up activities, stretching, agilities, resistance training, rules and fundamentals of team, individual, and life time sports, playing and competing in each sport, and health units.
