Ribbon Cut, Future Opened

On April 1, Branson Public Schools proudly celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new Branson Junior High Activity Center - an exciting addition that will serve our students and community for years to come. This project was fully funded by the district, reflecting a strong commitment to investing in our students and their future.

The ceremony brought together students, staff, families and community members to mark this important milestone. Special remarks were shared by Superintendent Dr. Nate Moore and Branson Junior High Principal Dr. Becky Ash. The official ribbon was cut by Dr. Moore alongside School Board President Sonja Myer.

Guests also enjoyed guided tours of the new facility led by Branson High School Activities Director Dr. Brandon Wilson and Junior High Activities Director Jared Howerton, offering a firsthand look at the opportunities this space provides for students.

The event was made even more special by the involvement of our students, including Junior High Student Council members, Junior High athletes, journalism students, BHS Honor Guard and the Junior High Band.

The new facility provides expanded opportunities for athletics, activities, and student engagement, supporting our commitment to well-rounded educational experiences. We are grateful to everyone who played a role in making this vision a reality and to our community for its continued support of Branson Public Schools. The Branson Junior High Activity Center represents not only a new space, but new opportunities for students to grow, connect and succeed.
