Branson Public Schools will celebrate Homecoming Week September 29 through October 2, with this year’s theme, Pirates Assemble. Each year, members of Branson High School’s Student Council select the Homecoming theme and plan districtwide spirit days accordingly.
The Homecoming parade and pep rally will take place September 30 at Branson Landing. Branson High School’s sports teams, cheerleaders, coaches, marching band, and Homecoming queen candidates will depart from the north parking lot near Belk Department Store and parade to the Landing fountains, where a pep rally will commence. The parade begins at 8:00 p.m. and the public is invited to attend this free community event.
The Homecoming Queen will be crowned at approximately 6:30 p.m. October 2 at Pirate Stadium. The Branson Pirates will then take on the Parkview Vikings in the Homecoming football game at 7:00 p.m. Community members are invited to join Branson Schools students, staff and families in cheering on the Pirates during the annual Homecoming celebration.
