If you are a substitute, or have ever thought about becoming a substitute, here is some great news! Our district has increased the pay rate per day for substitute teachers and paraprofessionals.
Substitute teachers and paraprofessionals will receive $130 per day, but if you are a retired Branson teacher, you will receive $140 per day! Those stepping in for a long-term substitute position will receive $155 per day.
We count on our substitute teachers to keep learning in motion when teachers need to be absent. It is an important role and we value those who choose to step in when needed!
