Buchanan Elementary is excited to invite our incoming kindergarten families to our Countdown to Kindergarten Meet & Greet! This is a great opportunity for families to learn what kindergarten is all about while helping their child feel confident and ready for the first day of school.
At each event, families will engage in fun, hands-on activities focused on building early skills through talking, reading, and playing. We will also share important information about literacy, math, independence, and social-emotional development, along with details about PTA, transportation, and after-school programming. Kindergarten screening sign-ups will also be available.
To make the evening even more enjoyable, Chick-fil-A sandwiches will be served!
