Read 1000 minutes (about 11 minutes per day) between the first day of summer break and the last day of summer break and you will get to attend a special reading celebration in the fall when school starts. Record minutes read on this chart, and list titles on the back of the form. Turn the form in to your librarian when we return to school in the fall.
