  • Youth Cheer Clinic Offered

    The Youth Cheer Clinic is scheduled Saturday, August 24 in the BHS Gymnasium. Students in grades four through six will learn quality, age appropriate cheer material taught by the BHS Cheer Team. Cheerleaders will be equipped with a T-shirt, skirt and bow for the season with their paid registration fee of $60.

  • PTO Membership Drive Begins

    PTO memberships are being solicited from parents and members of our community. The annual fee is only $5 per family and all money collected supports student/class activities.

  • Love & Logic Parenting Classes

    Our first session of Love and Logic parenting classes will begin Wednesday, September 4 and continue for consecutive Wednesdays through October 9. All classes will be held in Cedar Ridge Elementary from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.

  • New Look for Cedar Ridge Campus

    The Cedar Ridge campus parking lots received extensive renovation over the summer months. The new look will provide our visitors with safer access to cars in the parking lot when dropping off and picking up students. Renovation began May 17 and was completed just in time for the new school year.

  • FBLA Students Attend National Conference

    Ben Walworth and Gabe Hamlet attended the National Leadership Conference for Future Business Leaders of America June 25-27 in San Antonio, Texas. The conference provided 150 competitive events and had over 18,000 attendees.

  • FFA Students Attend Leadership Camp

    Members of the FFA Chapter at BHS attended the annual state Leadership Camp June 3-7. The leadership experience was held at Camp Rising Sun which is located within the Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Over 1,200 Missouri FFA students attended the camp and received training provided by state officers and a leadership director.

    The Branson board of education is among 33 district boards to receive the Missouri School Boards’ Association 2019 Governance Team Award. This prestigious award is based on the board’s outstanding commitment to ongoing professional development in areas such as student achievement, school law and finance, board operations and contemporary issues in education.
