As a reminder to our school families, Branson Schools has partnered with CoxHealth to provide Virtual Clinics for students and staff, as well as their dependents, to be seen for basic medical needs or urgent care needs during the school day, without ever leaving campus.

During the visit, participants will meet with a licensed physician or nurse practitioner using state-of-the-art video conferencing equipment at school. The district's telehealth facilitator will set up the appointment and assist during the virtual visit. If caregivers can't be on-site during the visit, they can join the conference using a mobile device.

CoxHealth MyChart is their new patient portal. As MyChart launches, the current CoxHealth Now portal will be ending.

Enhanced features and benefits within MyChart include:

1. See your medical records, visit notes, and more from multiple providers and health care systems

2. Stay connected during your hospital stay with MyChart Bedside and view your care team, daily schedule, test results, and educational resources

3. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments

4. Check-in and register for visits

5. Review lab work, test results, and immunizations

6. Message securely with your care team

7. View all medications and request refills

8. Manage dependent child or adult family accounts

9. Use Symptom Checker to find the right care near you

10. Use virtual care options

11. Arrange a same-day Urgent Care or Walk-In-Clinic visit with On My Way

12. Pay your bills or set a payment plan

Next steps for you:

1. Get MyChart reminders by text. Stay up to date with appointment reminders and important notifications from MyChart. To receive text messages, simply text "START" to 50464 from your mobile phone.

2. Download the new app. MyChart is available at coxhealth.com/mychart or you can download the app from the Google Play or Apple App stores.

There are two ways to start:

1. Activation Code. Existing CoxHealth patient? You may receive an electronic invitation from CoxHealth with an activation code for your MyChart account.

Want Your Own Invite? Ask your CoxHealth provider’s office to send you one.

2. Online. Visit coxhealth.com/mychart to sign up:

Check your paper billing statement for your activation code. Enter your code to activate your account.

If you don’t have an activation code, select Self Sign-Up.

Verify your identity, create your username and password, then start using MyChart!

As CoxHealth continues to navigate this new system, please note the following:

1. Increased wait times are expected during this transition period. Please plan accordingly.

2. Walk-ins will not be accepted. All appointments must be scheduled by emailing:[email protected]
