STUCO

Eligibility Requirements: A student must be in good academic standing, complete the requirements for having his/her name on the ballot, and be elected by grade level peers.

Time Commitment: StuCo work Sat least 9-10 hours out of school per month on varying activities.

Meets: Meetings are held in-class (rotating through all periods of the day in a school year) on the 1st Wednesday of each month and before school on the last three Wednesdays.

Procedure for Joining: Elections are in April every year. Representatives must be elected by their grade level peers.

Description: Student Council is a representative body of students consisting of 10 students from each grade level plus a President and Vice President. We serve as a liaison between the administration and the student body as well as providing service to the students, district, and community.

Expectations: The student must maintain a 'C' average in all subjects and be in good standing. They also must meet the assigned responsibilities.
